We provide remote bookkeeping and accounting support: setup, clean-up, catch-up and monthly bookkeeping, along with reconciliations, payroll support, accounts payable and receivable, month-end and year-end close and financial statement review.
Who do you work with?
U.S. small businesses of all kinds, including local service businesses, construction, real estate, e-commerce, retail, hospitality, nonprofit and professional services. The core bookkeeping is the same for every business, and we tailor the setup and reports to yours.
Where are you based?
We are based in India, and work remotely with clients across the U.S. Our hours are flexible, and we adapt them to your business, so you can reach us when it suits you.
Which accounting software do you use?
QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, Zoho Books, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AppFolio, plus Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. One of our founders is QuickBooks ProAdvisor certified.
Do you offer tax preparation?
Not at this time. Our focus is bookkeeping and accounting support. Well-kept books also make life easier for whoever prepares your taxes.
How much do you charge?
Fees depend on your transaction volume, number of accounts, software and how much work your books need. We do not publish fixed prices. Send us a few details and we will give you a clear quote.

My books are behind or messy. Can you help?
Yes. Catch-Up Bookkeeping brings you current, and Books Clean-Up corrects errors in existing records. Many clients start with one of these and then move to monthly bookkeeping.
Can you take over from my current bookkeeper?
Yes. We review the existing books first, then handle the transition so there are no gaps in your records.
How do you protect my information?
We work inside your accounting software through a separate login that you invite and can remove at any time. We use your information only to do your work, never sell it and never share it between clients, and we will sign a confidentiality agreement on request. Can you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. We will sign a mutual confidentiality agreement on request before you share any records.
Is it safe to email you my bank statements?
We recommend sharing access through your accounting software's invite feature or a secure link rather than email. Please never email passwords, full card numbers or bank login details.
